Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days excluding US holidays. Standard shipping is free within continental US and takes approximately 1-5 business days to delivery. If you would like expedited shipping please fill out the contact form with your request and we will get back with rates and options.
We do not have an exchange policy.
The shipping carrier may require a signature at the time of delivery. You may have the option to have them release the package without obtaining a signature after the first delivery attempt, but by doing so neither Old World Shoppe nor the shipping carrier will be liable for missing or lost packages.
Packages returned to us by the shipping carrier due to them unable to obtain a signature from you or not being able to reach you to make the delivery will make you liable for the return shipping charges and any shipping charges if paid at the time of order will not be refunded.
International orders are shipped via Air Mail and take approx 7-15 business days in transit. Duties, Taxes or VAT if applicable for your country are the buyers responsibility.
Returns Policy
You can return the product within 7 business days from day of receipt. Shipping charges incurred by us will be deducted and return shipping is your responsibility. Returns should be shipped back to us via UPS or FedEx. International customers can ship returns using their postal service with package tracking capability.
Kindly pack the hat with care in its original box if available as the feathers are delicate.

About Juju Hat
Juju hats are hand made and weaved so there will be slight variances in size and color between similar colored hats and the hats might have some material imperfections which is quite normal. As we use natural feathers, the feathers around the perimeter of the hat might be matted or a bit rough.
That's the beauty of a hand made product made with old world tools in this age of industrial consumer goods which fill our world.
Taking Care of your hat
As the hats are made with feathers they might attract bugs. To prevent that from happening, we suggest you spray the hat every couple of months with an anti-moth spray readily available online or keep a small bag of Lavender potpourri or cedar wood next to the hat as it repels bugs.
Keep the hat away from direct sunlight.
You can gently use your hand from the center of the hat going in a circular motion to dust off the hat if you see any dust buildup.
